Business Owners may directly use inquiAI services or through Agencies. Agencies manage Business Owner accounts and own intellectual property related to automation workflows created for their clients.
All content made available through our Services is owned by inquiAI, with the exception of user-generated content. User-generated content is licensed to inquiAI for use and distribution.
By submitting content, you grant inquiAI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute your content through various media. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the content shared.
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful activity or to violate these Terms. This includes activities like sending spam, infringing intellectual property, or gaining unauthorized access to systems.
inquiAI is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or special damages that may arise from your use of or inability to use our Services.
